Our baseline MOQs are determined by filling equipment engineering, line flushing requirements, and packaging mechanical calibration. Precise thresholds: Sachets & sample foils (5–15 ml): 10,000 units. Standard bottles and jars (10 ml to 2 oz): 5,000 units (lowered to 2,500 units for specialized luxury high-concentration facial skincare serums). Mid-size bottles, jars, and squeeze tubes (2.1 oz to 32 oz for shampoos, conditioners, and body lotions): 2,500 units. Bulk professional salon gallons (128 oz): 480 units. Please note that MOQs apply per individual SKU, as compounding tanks must undergo full sanitization cycles between distinct product formulations.
All formulations undergo rigorous accelerated stability and compatibility protocols inside our environmental test chambers. Bulk products are evaluated across multiple thermal baselines: 4°C, 25°C (ambient standard), 40°C, and 45°C with 75% relative humidity for a minimum of 12 weeks. This thermal stress simulation predicts 24- to 36-month real-time shelf life. In addition, we execute three consecutive freeze-thaw cycles (-10°C to +25°C) to evaluate phase separation, emulsion stability, viscosity drift, pH drift, and color degradation. USP 51 Preservative Efficacy Testing (Microbial Challenge Testing) is performed to ensure complete defense against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, yeast, and mold.
Yes. Our in-house analytical laboratory routinely performs target deconstruction and benchmark matching. By providing a physical reference product along with your target claims (e.g., silicone-free, vegan alternative, clean fragrance upgrade), our cosmetic chemists deconstruct the rheological profile, sensory glide, phase ratio, and key active payload. We then engineer an optimized benchmark match within 2 to 4 weeks, often improving upon the original formula's natural index, stability profile, and skin absorption speed.
Every batch produced leaves our plant supported by comprehensive regulatory documentation. We generate Certificates of Analysis (COA) containing microbiological limits and physicochemical specifications (pH, viscosity, specific gravity), 16-section GHS-compliant Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Certificates of Free Sale (CFS), qualitative and quantitative ingredient disclosures (INCI declarations), and heavy metal test screenings. For overseas brands selling into the European Union or United Kingdom, we assist in compiling the Product Information File (PIF) and Safety Assessments (CPSR) required for CPNP registration.
We provide full operational flexibility. Clients may choose our turnkey packaging solutions—selecting from an extensive in-stock inventory of airless serum bottles, amber dropper vials, PE/PP shampoo containers, PCR jars, and aluminum squeeze tubes with customized silk-screen printing, hot stamping, or full-wrap labels. Alternatively, clients can consign their own custom components directly to our Miami warehouse. If consigning components, we require 3–5% overage to accommodate initial line indexing and calibration scrap during automated runs.
For custom formulation projects, our standard R&D development retainer is $500 to $1,000 per SKU, which includes initial bench prototypes and up to 3 rounds of formula revisions. This fee is 100% credited back to your balance upon placement of your initial production run. Production begins upon receipt of a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% balance cleared prior to final pallet dispatch following QA release. Standard production turnaround is 4 to 8 weeks door-to-door, depending on component availability and QA testing windows.
