The TR-SRS-6S is a very efficient, high-output machine that automatically fills and capping bottles. The whole unit is made from SUS304 stainless steel, with parts that come into contact with materials made from SUS316L stainless steel.
Servo motors control the filling process, using a system that measures the volume of the liquid to ensure it is added exactly. PLC control and touchscreen HMI operation make it easy and efficient to use the machine. The filler also has an electronic scale that is very precise. This scale sends the weight information automatically, which means that the dose can be adjusted automatically.

Three sets of robotic arms handle stable bottle unloading and mold release with fully adjustable pickup heights.
Defective bottles (missing caps, skewed placement, or excessive height) are redirected to a dedicated path for isolated tracking.
Three robotic claws pick up and position bottles into the moulds. Two servo motors drive the extension/retraction and conveyor travel, combined with pneumatic vertical lift.
Bottles are manually placed onto the infeed track, where a set of three robotic grippers pick and place them into production molds automatically.
