The filling head driven by servo motors can achieve high-precision filling, ensuring the accuracy of the filling volume. For instance, the linear filling machine production line uses servo motor-driven filling and the volumetric measurement filling principle, achieving high-precision filling volume. During filling, the filling head synchronizes with the liquid level, which can reduce the generation of foam in easily foaming materials during filling and prevent bottle mouth contamination caused by material overflow.
